Delivery addresses
- Provide a complete street address, city, and contact phone so riders or carriers can reach you.
- You can save multiple addresses in your account and set a default for faster checkout.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your city and the selected delivery method.
Tracking & delays
- After placing an order, use Track Order with your order code to follow progress.
- Weather, peak seasons, or incorrect addresses can delay delivery. We’ll update status as soon as we can.
- If a delivery attempt fails, we may re-attempt or contact you using the phone number on the order.
